Membership & Workspace Use:
We offer co-working memberships and workspace access to our members. The scope, duration, and terms of membership (including pricing, access hours, and included services) will be agreed upon in writing between us and the member.
Members are expected to use the workspace, meeting rooms, and shared facilities respectfully and in accordance with our house rules. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that disrupts other members or violates these rules.
We will use reasonable care to maintain a safe, functional, and well-equipped workspace. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific desk, room, or amenity, and are not liable for loss or damage to members' personal property left on the premises.
Membership Types, Cancellation & Notice:
Junipr offers the following forms of workspace access:
Fixed/Dedicated Desks: These are ongoing memberships that renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation notice must be given prior to the last day of the calendar month, and the 60-day notice period begins on the 1st of the following month. Members who cancel retain full access to their desk for the duration of the notice period, i.e. until the end of the 60-day period.
Flex Desks: Flex access is offered via 10-day passes, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Each time a new pass is purchased, a fresh 3-month validity period begins. Passes are non-transferable. Unused days remaining at the end of the 3-month validity period will expire and are not eligible for refund or extension, except at Junipr's sole discretion.
Bookings (Flex Desks & Meeting Rooms): Individual bookings of flex desks or meeting rooms are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, the value will be converted into a credit for future use rather than refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are forfeited in full.
Free Test Day: Junipr offers a free test day of workspace access to prospective members, limited to one person per company, subject to confirmation and availability. Interested parties can book a free test day via the website; the booking will only be confirmed once approved by Junipr. Junipr reserves the right to decline or limit try-out day requests, including from companies that have already used a test day.
Junipr reserves the right to update these membership terms, notice periods, or pass validity windows for future purchases or renewals; changes will not apply retroactively to an active notice period already in progress or a pass already purchased.
Event & Room Bookings:
Meeting rooms and event spaces booked through this website are subject to availability and our current booking and cancellation policy, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The use of the contact form on this website is subject to the following terms and conditions:
